With not much on the schedule, enjoy peaceful time to yourself in nature, daily yoga, meditation and guided nature walks, 1hr massage & traditional Japanese hot springs.
Daily, delicious & healthy vegetarian/vegan brunch and dinner on an intermittent fasting schedule (recommended but not enforced).

Upon receiving payment you will be sent a personal details form, massage request form and liability waiver, to be completed and sent back to Rowie.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations if it is a matter of covid-19:
Full refund for cancellations 7 days prior to retreat start date.
Cancellation within 7 days of retreat start date 75% refund.
Cancellations unrelated to covid:
Full refund 14 days prior to retreat start date. Cancellations within 14 days of retreat start date a credit will be issued to use on any Retreat/ TTC with Rowie within 6 months.
